Key Responsibilities
- Grow Revenue: Drive sales growth by promoting our full product portfolio within your assigned territory.
- Prospect Strategically: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship development.
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Strengthen connections with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Become a Product Expert: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Train and Educate: Conduct engaging product training sessions for distributors and end-users, emphasizing use cases and value.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
- Deliver Market Insights: Report customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities to leadership and manufacturing partners.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to master product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and customer industries.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
