Flexographic Press Operator
Need skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join the Press Operations team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a flexographic printing press (such as Nilpeter). Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and waste reduction standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure materials are prepared and readily available for efficient production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen practices, and quality system standards.
- Contribute to innovation by assisting in the development of new products and processes.

- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Possess effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 or more years of printing experience is required.
- Experience with cold foils, hot stamping dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems is preferred.
