Client Service Associate – Multi-Family Office
Location: Phoenix/Scottsdale Area
HireneXus is working with a multi-family office with ~$4B AUM in their search for a Client Service Associate. This company has a long history of offering white glove wealth management services to their clients with a focus on a planning first approach and high-touch client service.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with an RIA or similar firm and is comfortable communicating with clients and advisory team members as it pertains to client requests, money movements, opening of accounts, information gathering, meeting preparation, etc. This person will be a part of a team that services UHNW clients (minimum $20-30M AUM).
Responsibilities:
Support advisory & client service teams on a centralized basis by:
· Understanding the client’s goals and objectives as communicated by the client service teams.
· Coordinating client requests, including wires, deposits, and other cash movements.
· Assisting the client service teams in gathering information, analyzing data, creating summaries and other tasks related to preparing deliverables for client meetings.
· Coordinating the opening of new accounts, collecting client data and documentation.
· Processing other account service requests initiated by client service teams and/or clients.
· Analyzing fee reviews, summary reports, and loan tracking to support client service teams.
· Supporting client service teams by collecting data, running reports, and uploading files to the client’s document vault.
· Proactively finding ways to further help our advisors serve clients efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize supporting different advisors across financial planning, investment management, estate planning, tax and family office services.
· Excellent communication and listening skills.
· Outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
· Basic understanding of financial statements such as balance sheets and cash flow reports, as well as basic knowledge of tax and investment concepts like cost basis and how it is applied to transfers, gift giving and tax management.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel in a financial context.
· Confidence to work closely with clients to answer questions and collect necessary information for delivery of various services.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Organized and detail-oriented with strong self-review skills.
· Not easily flustered – can adeptly handle last minute requests, multiple requests at the same time, etc.
