Paid Social Media Advertising Manager
Greater New York City Area | Onsite Preferred (Hybrid/Remote Considered)
Our client is seeking a Paid Social Media Advertising Manager to build and scale a high-growth paid social advertising function.
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. It offers the opportunity to own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across major paid social channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience managing large advertising budgets and driving measurable customer acquisition results.
What You'll Do
- Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Own audience targeting, budget allocation, testing, optimization, and performance analysis
- Develop reporting frameworks and attribution processes to measure campaign effectiveness
- Analyze acquisition performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Partner with internal stakeholders on creative strategy, messaging, and campaign execution
- Build scalable systems and processes to support continued growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing $1M in monthly paid social advertising spend
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Proven success scaling customer acquisition campaigns
- Experience developing reporting and performance measurement frameworks
- Builder mentality with the ability to create processes and infrastructure from the ground up
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
- Performance Bonus
