Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
This role will own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across channels including paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on campaign management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support growth objectives
- Manage programs across paid search, paid social, email, display advertising, webinars, and organic channels
- Build and optimize nurture campaigns and customer journeys
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor funnel metrics and conversion performance
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, messaging, landing pages, and audiences
- Partner with sales, product marketing, creative, and analytics teams
- Manage external agencies and marketing vendors
- Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate performance insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and funnel metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred
- Experience with SEO, SEM, paid social, and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
