CRM & Retention Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to lead email, SMS, retention, and lead reactivation campaigns.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on generating revenue through direct-response marketing. The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume outbound campaigns, optimizing performance through testing, and driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage email, SMS, promotional, and reactivation campaigns.
- Develop automated customer journeys and follow-up sequences.
- Execute A/B testing across messaging, offers, creative, and timing.
- Manage lead databases and support list acquisition efforts.
- Improve deliverability, list hygiene, sender reputation, and campaign performance.
- Track and report on engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI metrics.
- Partner with leadership to maximize revenue from existing leads and customers.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, or direct-response marketing.
- Experience managing large-scale email and SMS campaigns.
- Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, campaign optimization, and list management.
- Data-driven, organized, and execution-focused.
