Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic calendar, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
- Assist with planning meetings, events, and company initiatives
- Support special projects by tracking deadlines, organizing materials, and ensuring follow-through
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience
- Experience supporting leadership or working in a professional office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in a long-term opportunity with growth potential
- Background and Drug Test required
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
