Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to prepare outgoing correspondence; prepare various documents for records archive; retrieve voicemails and log into tracking system; and other tasks. It is a responsible position and requires general office knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software.

Knowledge, skills and abilities include utilization of office equipment and software and good communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED or actively pursuing graduation/GED.
