Position Overview

The Yard Worker / Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, assisting with inventory management, supporting warehouse operations, and helping move and prepare equipment and materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a workspace organized, and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, yard, shop, and storage areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing inventory shipments.
• Conduct inventory counts and support inventory control processes.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and customer orders.
• Move, organize, and stage outdoor equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare equipment for display, delivery, customer pickup, or service.
• Assist customers and team members with loading products when needed.
• Keep outdoor grounds, parking areas, and storage yards clean and presentable.
• Support warehouse, service, and sales teams with general labor tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, yard, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with outdoor power equipment is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required
• Must pass pre employment screenings
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
