Job Description:
We’re currently seeking dependable and skilled laborers to support a hands-on industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in fabrication, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with hydraulic system repairs and maintenance
- Perform basic mechanical work, including assembly, disassembly, and inspection
- Support fabrication projects, including cutting, grinding, and basic welding (if applicable)
- Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and production goals
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with hydraulic systems or mechanical repairs preferred
- Basic fabrication skills (grinding, torching, cutting, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid Drivers License , Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must pass pre employment screenings
