• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies
• Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and explaining policy details clearly
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates (including HIPAA compliance where applicable), and product offerings to enhance sales effectiveness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with analysis skills to assess client needs accurately
• Knowledge of insurance sales processes and benefits administration is preferred
• Ability to handle customer service inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards if applicable
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales automation tools is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
