Position Summary
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, developing long-term client relationships, and managing existing accounts. This role requires proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and delivering customized advertising solutions that help businesses achieve their marketing objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Conduct sales presentations and educate businesses on advertising solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized marketing strategies.
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Represent the company professionally within the community and at networking events.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus.
- Outdoor advertising or media sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls both over the phone and in person.
- Excellent time management, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working toward sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

- Hybrid Monday–Friday schedule with a combination of office and field sales.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- First-year earning potential of $45,000–$60,000 , based on experience and performance.
