Position Type:
- Temp to Perm
- Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Rome, Calhoun or Chatsworth, Georgia areas for onsite visits to the facilities)
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
- Work Experience:
- 1 recruiting/human resources experience is Required.
- Healthcare experience Preferred
- Licenses and Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is Preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is Preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's is Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is Required
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools is Required
- Strong communication
- Listening skills
- Highly organized
- Critical thinker
- Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
- Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
- Assesses candidates using behavioural interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ensures behavioural assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
- Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
- Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Other duties as assigned.
