Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Recruiter position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Remote (GA) for a duration of 3 months, with a possibility to go direct.
Training Will Be in Orlando the First Week - Expenses Will Be Paid.
Required: Must live within 1-2 hours of Rome, Calhoun or Chatsworth, Georgia areas for onsite visits to client facilities.
Job Description:
With the focus specifically on recruiting for high-volume roles, this individual would need strong communication and listening skills, as well as be highly organized and a critical thinker, since they'll be partnering closely with our client's leadership across three Georgia locations.
- Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
- Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
- Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet client competencies.
- Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
- Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor's
Work Experience:
- 1 recruiting/human resources experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
