Our client is seeking a Gas Distribution Foreman who will be responsible for supervising and leading construction crews performing natural gas distribution, pipeline installation, maintenance, and repair work. This role oversees daily field operations with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, quality workmanship, efficiency, and cost control. The Foreman ensures all construction activities are executed in accordance with installation standards, project specifications, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise and lead construction crews, providing hands-on support as needed
- Manage projects involving five (5) or more crew members
- Ensure all work complies with installation standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
- Complete and maintain required daily documentation, including:
- Time sheets.
- As-built drawings and service cards.
- Daily production reports.
- Traceability documentation.
- Customer pay sheets.
- Train and mentor crew members in accordance with safety policies and operational procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors in the field.
- Supervise daily operations while continuously monitoring job sites for changing conditions, hazards, and compliance issues.
- Track crew progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within project cost estimates.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper execution of gas distribution activities.
Education & Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and industry standards required
- Minimum two (2) years of gas pipeline construction and replacement experience preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of field leadership experience as a Foreman preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong working knowledge of natural gas distribution systems and installation standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce construction drawings and as-built documentation.

- Strong leadership, crew management, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
