Our client is looking for fun and energetic full-time Support Staff/Floaters to join their premier preschool in Dublin, OH. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training.
- These are Direct Hire positions with the school
- The shift for this position is 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; year-round employment
Salary
$13.80 – $17.05/hour pending education, credentials, and professional experience

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- REQUIRED Education: High School Diploma or GED
- REQUIRED Experience: At least one year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
