Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschool in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Full-Time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment
- Lead Toddler Teachers: working with children 1 to 3 years old and the shift will be 7:15am to 3:45pm on Tuesdays and 7:15am to 3:15pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Associate Toddler Teachers: working with children 1 to 3 years old and the shift could be 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Lead Teachers: $44K to $60K/year pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- Associate Teachers: $16.00 to $18.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
- REQUIRED Education: Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
- PREFERRED Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- REQUIRED Experience: 3 years of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- REQUIRED Education: High School Diploma
- PREFERRED Experience: 1 year of experience working with children in any capacity
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
- Must be at least 18-years-old

Salary : $44,000 - $60,000
