Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Education Teachers to join their premier preschools in Lincolnshire, IL. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children between the ages of 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training when needed.
- These are Direct Hire positions with the school
- Full-time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment with a scheduled shift from 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- REQUIRED Lead Teacher Education: Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with 6 ECE credit hours or CDA
- REQUIRED Lead Teacher Experience: At least one year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
