A Day in the LifeStep onto the production floor in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and kick off your shift by reviewing work orders and blueprints. You’ll prep and set up CNC equipment to exact specifications, verify tooling, and load programs so production starts smoothly. Throughout the day, you’ll watch the machines closely, checking dimensions and surface finish, making fine adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets to keep every part within tolerance.
