Law firm is seeking a contract Help Desk Specialist I or II to assist their Los Angeles office. This is a month long contract position beginning immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues to users in office
  • Application testing
  • Manage tickets escalated from the Help Desk ticketing system; follow up with users affected
  • Set-up audio/visual and other presentation needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3 years of IT Help Desk experience in non profit or corporate services required; law firm experience highly preferred.
