Law firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Palo Alto office.

Salary Range: $80-90K
Responsibilities
- Coordinate summer program events, including training sessions, mentoring initiatives, feedback collection, oral review meetings, onboarding and separations, expenses, etc.
- Manage venue selection and handling of vendor contracts for venue, transportation, etc.
- Support on-campus recruitment process including registration, candidate scheduling, data entry, and collect feedback
- Provide candidate information on offers extended/accepted, candidates pending, etc., diversity data, tracks decisions and updates records to Hiring Committee
- Assist with HR transactions, HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
- Manage rewards program coordination and/or administration, relocation services (domestic and international); immigration services and HR related training
- Provides assistance and training to junior employees
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience within a corporate/professional services environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Knowledge of local California labor requirements required
