Law firm is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain client and matter files
  • Ensure all required documentation is received for new matters and follow up on outstanding items
  • Review engagement letters, fee arrangements, and matter setup information for accuracy
  • Generate and distribute reports related to clients, matters, and timekeepers
  • Assist with timekeeping requests and cost corrections
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-2 years of legal intake experience required
  • Advanced MS Word & Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested IF statements, conditional formatting, and reporting required

Salary Range: $60-70K
