Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate
- Coordinate office supplies, kitchen and pantry stocking, and lunch orders
- Support meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and guest access
- Assist with general administrative and facilities-related tasks as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or hospitality role required
- Background in professional services, hospitality, or private equity preferred
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working onsite five days per week
