Law firm is seeking an A/R Admin Clerk to support their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities
- Process client retainer refunds, including verification of payee details, entity information, and payment instructions
- Investigate and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments and assist with proper GL coding
- Review and reconcile trust account balances and flag aging or compliance-related concerns
- Enter, post, and reconcile financial transactions within internal accounting and billing systems
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, support staff, and Finance regarding account questions and discrepancies
- Assist with reporting projects and additional administrative support as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting support, or legal billing required
- Prior law firm or professional services experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel a must
