Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm's overall recruiting strategy to support rapid growth
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across legal, operations, and administrative functions
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical hiring needs
- Partner closely with leadership on workforce planning and hiring decisions
- Manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
- Enhance employer branding through social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting initiatives
- Plan and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and engagement programs
- Implement and optimize recruiting systems, processes, metrics, and reporting
- Lead offer negotiations and support competitive compensation strategies
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience required, including leadership or senior-level recruiting responsibilities
- Experience recruiting within legal, professional services, or other high-touch client-service environments
- Legal recruiting experience, particularly within plaintiff-side firms, is a plus but not required
