Role Overview
The Manager, Marketing Planning & Execution is responsible for coordinating and executing national marketing initiatives from planning through launch. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing programs are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives while supporting successful execution across franchise and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of national marketing campaigns across multiple business channels while managing timelines, milestones, and project risks.
- Coordinate digital and point-of-sale (POS) requirements for marketing programs, ensuring complete specifications and timely delivery.
- Partner with communications teams to develop and support internal, field, and franchise-facing marketing communications, including landing pages, memos, FAQs, and presentations.
- Oversee publishing, reporting, compliance tracking, and collaboration with field teams to support consistent program execution.
- Track program performance and compile execution metrics, reports, and summaries to support business reviews.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Culinary, Operations, Technology, Legal, Creative, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience executing B2C marketing campaigns that drive business growth, preferably within QSR, retail, or other high-volume consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, creative development, media, and business principles.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing promotions across digital, POS, media, and field channels.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and business partnership skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership ability, and self-motivation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
