Role Overview

The Analytics Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering standardized reporting and advanced analytics that support business objectives. This role partners with business and technology teams to lead data initiatives, provide strategic insights, and mentor analytics professionals while driving data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and deliver end-to-end analytics projects from requirements gathering through final presentation.
• Develop standardized reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business objectives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define analytical requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and reporting projects to address evolving business needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor by interpreting data to support informed business decisions.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and successful project delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen analytical and business capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence experience.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and scripting skills; experience with Amazon Redshift is preferred.
• Experience building workflows using Alteryx.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with IT teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with AI/ML, Data Science, HTML, InterWorks Creator, or Quick Service Restaurant operations is advantageous.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or developing team members is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
