As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will ensure our properties' overall upkeep and maintenance. Responsibilities include general repairs, painting, and coordination with contractors as necessary. The role will also require an on-call rotation that is shared between the maintenance techs.Requirements:• Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred• Essential tools for maintenance tasks• Mechanically inclined• Proficiency in carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical work is strongly desired• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently• Ability to manage changing and/or competing priorities• Excellent communication skills• Valid driver's license and reliable transportationMonthly auto allowance, gas is paid.
