Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
- Provide guest services such as concierge assistance, local recommendations, and resolving issues swiftly to enhance guest relations
Qualifications
- Experience in front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Ability to remain energetic, organized, and proactive during busy shifts, including night audits if required
- Experience in the Hilton Brand and PEP experience preferred.
