Duties

- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document proofreading
- Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting administrative projects
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and phone etiquette standards
- Previous experience as a front desk or receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required
