Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services.
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed and reports are completed.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries smoothly.
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
