What You'll Do
- Install soap, chemical, and other dispensing systems at customer locations.
- Use basic hand tools to complete installations and minor adjustments.
- Coordinate and schedule customer installations.
- Keep installation tools, supplies, and materials organized and ready for use.
- Work directly with customers while providing friendly, professional service.
- Assist the Sales team with customer demonstrations, field workshops, and product education.
- Transport and set up equipment for demonstrations at customer locations.
- Assist with hard floor coatings and floor refinishing projects.
- Learn about commercial cleaning equipment and how to evaluate equipment condition and customer needs.
- Support warehouse and Sales operations as needed.

- Comfortable using basic hand tools and completing installations.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn how products and equipment work.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Valid driver's license and a strong driving record.
- Comfortable driving with a trailer.
- Able to work independently while also supporting a team.
- Interested in learning products, equipment, customer needs, and the sales process.
