Duties
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to diverse patient needs
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise rehabilitation staff to ensure high standards of clinical practice and compassionate care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and optimize recovery outcomes
- Monitor departmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols

Requirements
