Back Office Clinical Supervisor
Under general supervision of Hillside Medical Group leadership, we are looking to hire a Clinical Supervisor that provides oversight of the clinical activity within the practice and handles the training of current and new medical assistants on exam skills, diagnostic equipment, and new clinical procedures and policies. Efficiently directs the workflow of medical assistants to ensure smooth patient flow. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is knowledgeable in all aspects in a clinical role as a leader.

What You Will Do:
- Assists physician to ensure clinic runs smoothly and on time.
- Addresses concerns and/or complaints from patients, vendors, and staff members; escalates to Director as needed.
- Analyzes average patient wait times and makes recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensures regulatory compliance and reports any issues to Director as they arise.
- Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
- Provides direct supervision to the front office, Mas & team leads.
- Assures compliance of all policies and procedures as well as ensures that documentation meets current standards. Assist with the modification/development of policies and procedures, clinical and other related forms/documents to accommodate operation/required changes in accordance with local, State, and Federal laws.
- Provides education to staff on performance improvement. Ability to plan and organize orientation and in-service training for staff members.
- Performs management activities including interviewing, evaluating, and termination of staff. Attends mandatory meetings as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the goals of Hillside Medical Group.
- Must have High School Diploma required; advanced degree required (RN, LVN, other strong clinical background is required)
- 1 year in supervisor role experience preferred
- Proven ability to educate and train clinical staff
- Minimum of two years clinical experience with supervisory responsibility
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced work environment, and demonstrate team cooperation is required
- ACLS/BLS is preferred, however will give 6 months to obtain
