About the Role
Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or LVN with leadership experience to serve as a Clinical Team Lead. This role oversees Medical Assistants, supports providers, and ensures efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Medical Assistants and clinical staff
- Train staff on clinical procedures and workflows
- Ensure efficient patient flow and reduce wait times
- Assist providers in daily clinic operations
- Monitor compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Address patient and staff concerns professionally
Qualifications
- MUST be a Certified Medical Assistant
- High school diploma required (advanced education preferred)
- 2 years clinical experience required
- 1 year leadership or lead role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- BLS/ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
