About the Role
Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our growing clinical team. This role supports providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and ensures an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vitals and medical histories
- Document patient information in EMR
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Perform EKGs and basic clinical procedures
- Administer medications per provider order and training
- Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms
- Support patient flow and front office operations when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Medical Assistant certification required
- 1–3 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
