Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join the growing team.
Schedule:
- Full time
- 7am - 4pm
Qualifications:
- MUST have 1-year experience in-working as a medical front office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer knowledge with office 365
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Must have ability to work in a paced-environment while providing the highest level of patient care
- Follow HIPAA guidelines
Job Functions:
- Answer multiple phone lines with professionalism
- Check in patients
- Collecting of copays, deductibles, coinsurance etc.
- Posting of payments
- Scanning of medical records into patients charts
- Collect and input patient demographics to include insurance
- Keeps a professional and organized front desk.
- Schedule new and existing patients.
- Must be willing to cross train to do front office
- Other duties as given by supervisor & office manager
