What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and maintain clinical staffing schedules for nursing and care staff
- Ensure appropriate coverage for shifts, vacations, and call-ins
- Communicate scheduling updates and changes with team members and leaders
- Assist with staffing adjustments to maintain quality resident care
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports
- Support clinical leadership with administrative tasks and staffing coordination
- Answer scheduling inquiries and help team members navigate schedule needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare administration preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
