What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain team member schedules for clinical departments
- Assist with staffing adjustments, call-ins, and shift coverage needs
- Communicate with team members and leaders regarding scheduling updates
- Help track staffing patterns and support daily operational needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and related documentation
- Support the clinical team with administrative coordination as needed
- Previous scheduling, staffing, administrative, or healthcare support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfort working with scheduling systems, phone communication, and computer-based tasks
