Summary of Responsibilities:
The Church Life Coordinator role exists to bring administrative and coordination support to the Church Life Team. By working directly with the Church Life Director, this role will help create and support the experience of our students’ spiritual development by shaping their experiences at their respective Church of the Highlands campuses. This role is primarily focused on Sunday Experience and Small Groups. Furthermore, this role will bring general administrative support to other facets of the Spiritual Development Team.

- Provide daily assistance, administration and project management for the Church Life
- Work with the Church Life Team to provide administrative support.
- Collaborate with the Church Life Team to bring ideas and improvements to
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics through scorecards aligned with the
- Design and manage Blackboard discussion content to effectively capture and reflect
- Establish and communicate clear expectations, timelines, and accountability
- Oversee the evaluation process by grading submissions and providing meaningful,
- Analyze student data to identify trends in spiritual development throughout the
- Track and report key performance metrics through scorecards aligned with the
- Identify and implement improved systems and strategies for measuring and

- Partner with campus leadership to recruit, develop, and retain high-quality small group
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to design and implement training and equipping
- Oversee the development and distribution of key leader resources, including master
- Drive leader engagement and alignment through bi-annual trainings, consistent
- Ensure data integrity by coordinating with Highlands campuses to maintain accurate
- Document student participation (including Freedom) and small group leadership to

- Provide administrative support as needed in seasonal projects across the Spiritual Development Department.
- Participate in ministry at Church of the Highlands and Highlands College by leading small groups.
