Position Type: Full Time (Non-Exempt)
Direct Supervisor: Student Minister
Position Summary: Provides administrative and organizational leadership for Shades Student Ministry through effective communication, event coordination, and ministry support while assisting in the execution of student ministry programs and events.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative leadership and support for all areas of Shades Students.
- Manage ministry communications, calendars, registrations, databases, records, and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for student ministry environments, events, camps, retreats, and mission trips.
- Support volunteer onboarding, scheduling, communication, and organization.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and financial processes.
- Partner with the Student Minister, High School Minister, and Middle School Minister to ensure ministry initiatives are organized and executed with excellence.
- Attend key student ministry gatherings and events as needed to support ministry operations and execution.
- Support the broader mission of the church by embracing the mission, values, and ministry strategy of Shades and assisting with church-wide initiatives as needed.
- Perform other related duties that may benefit the church as assigned by the Student Minister or Executive Staff.
