What You'll Be Doing
- Create accurate estimates and proposal letters for commercial roofing projects (new construction, replacements, coatings/restorations)
- Read blueprints and specs to plan the best installation approach
- Use The Edge estimating software to build and maintain templates
- Document all quotes and sales in our company's software
- Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and profitability goals
- Help improve workflows and processes with the executive team
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of estimating experience (or strong roofing superintendent/project management background)
- Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
