Who We're Looking For
We're hiring an Entry-Level Roof Survey Technician to join our team and learn the trade from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of heights, and takes pride in accurate, quality work. This job is ideal for someone who wants a long-term career in commercial roofing. No prior roofing experience is required-we'll train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Travel to job sites to inspect commercial roofs
- Measure roofs, note conditions, and take clear photos
- Collect core samples and help identify roof systems and deck types
- Document roof access points, building height, slope, and penetrations
- Identify visible damage inside and outside the building
- Keep inspection reports organized and uploaded to shared files
- Assist the Operations team with loading trucks, deliveries, and inventory
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Construction or roofing experience a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops (over 6 feet)
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to learn a skilled trade
