Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Practice Managers to ensure exceptional partner satisfaction, alignment with practice goals, and successful execution of process improvement strategies.
- Prioritize and manage practice requests and discovery initiatives efficiently.
- Lead, train, and facilitate projects that align with HighFive’s strategic objectives and operational goals.
- Design, present, and implement new processes that enhance the patient and practice experience.
- Identify and execute opportunities for strategic growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and support day-to-day practice operations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role—preferably within a dental or dental specialty environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives, doctors, and team members.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused work environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support practice operations.
