Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures.
- Greet and accompany patients for treatment to ensure their comfort.
- Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments and prepare treatment rooms for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Capture dental X-rays and other scans as needed.
- Enter and complete patient chart notes and documentation.
- Performing office administrative tasks that require the use of a computer.
- 1 years of Dental Assistant experience is highly preferred.
- Must be a Registered Dental Assistant; Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
- X-ray and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certifications are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
