Our medical & wellness clinic is growing, and we need a high-performing Clinic Operations Manager to lead our team, optimize workflows, and create a high-functioning office environment.
This role is for a leader who thrives on structure, efficiency, and team development—not just an administrator but a true operations expert who can streamline processes and create lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Training
- Daily - Build, update, and implement SOPs and workflows
- Train staff to follow standards, scripts, and processes
- Set expectations and hold the team accountable
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily clinic flow, patient experience, and front desk operations
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, patient enrollment, and customer service
- Ensure patients understand and enroll into treatment plans
- Handle escalations and disgruntled customers professionally
Performance & Strategy
- Track KPIs and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Build systems to increase efficiency, retention, and revenue
- Lead team meetings, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-through
HR & Administrative
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and (if needed) terminations
- Use QuickBooks or similar software for basic financial tasks
- Maintain compliance, accuracy, and integrity in all reporting
