Reports To: School Director FLSA Classification: Certificated, 188-day Full Time/Part Time Status: Salary, full time, exempt Regular/Temporary: Regular Salary: Teacher Framework (Steps 1-32) Range: $64,735 - $115,369. Salary is commensurate with experience and education level. Application Opening: 6/2/26 Application Closing: 7/20/26 Under the direction of the School Director, the Teacher- EL provides instructional support for students who are identified as English Learners in a variety of settings including co-teaching, small group instruction, and in consultation with classroom teachers. The Teacher- EL will demonstrate diversity, equity and inclusion and model culturally responsive pedagogy. The EL Teachers also conduct all required testing, monitoring student growth and progress toward goals and support outreach, communications, ELAC committees and professional development.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - Valid California Teaching Credential or ability to attain one based on out of state certification - CLAD, BCLAD, or English Learner Authorization - Complete annual ELPAC training (fall and spring)
