What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Director position at High Point & Affiliated Organizations?
Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the varied programs within the site
to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensure fiscal
responsibility of the various grants currently providing services within
and from the program Professionally present the organization within the
community Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to support
client/patient needs Participate in RFR processes Work collaboratively
with peers within the organization and greater community Report to the
COO Qualifications: Independently licensed and Master/Doctoral degree in
Human Services related field such as psychology or social work, minimum
of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience (5) years of behavioral
health experience. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple
programs and staff; Experience with EHR systems Strong computer skills,
including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint Benefits: Medical, Dental,
