Site Director - Sign On Bonus Eligible!
Program/Location: New Bedford Outpatient
Education: MA in Behavioral Health Required, Independent Licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT Required)
Pay Range: $100k
Status/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the varied programs within the site to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility of the various grants currently providing services within and from the program
- Professionally present the organization within the community
- Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to support client/patient needs
- Participate in RFR processes
- Work collaboratively with peers within the organization and greater community
- Report to the COO
Qualifications:
- Independently licensed and Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work, minimum of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience
- (5) years of behavioral health experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and staff;
- Experience with EHR systems
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
