Overview
The Treasury Manager oversees daily cash operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient financial transactions across the organization. This role manages banking relationships, cash forecasting, and treasury systems while partnering cross-functionally to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple accounts and entities
- Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts; deliver reporting and insights to leadership
- Oversee banking relationships, including account management, fees, and service performance
- Administer and optimize treasury management systems and banking platforms
- Execute and monitor wires, ACH, and other disbursements; ensure accurate recording and reconciliations
- Analyze daily cash activity and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Lead or support treasury initiatives (system implementations, process improvements, bank RFPs)
- Oversee payroll funding and intercompany transfers across multiple states
- Manage corporate credit card programs, including controls and user limits
- Maintain treasury policies, ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal as the treasury subject matter expert
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience
- Strong understanding of banking operations and treasury systems
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and banking platform experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong integrity
